Returns Policy

Cancellations

As a consumer, your rights are protected by the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. This means you can change your mind and cancel an order, without a reason, even after your order has been delivered.

If you decide to cancel, you should to do so within 7 working days - starting from the day after you recieve your order. This is called the "cooling-off" period.

You are responsible for charges incurred in returning the item to us. Goods should be returned in their original condition.

Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, e-mail address, order number and the reason for return and should be forwarded in the original packaging to our Customer Service Team at the address below.

Refunds

Where you exercise your right to cancel, payment will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

Faults and Errors

If there is a fault with your product, or a product was delivered in error, you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. In this situation we'll happily refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
