Delivery charges
The delivery charge and options for a product can be found on each individual product page under the delivery tab.
- Standard UK delivery (for non cards, ribbons or gift tags) within 5 working days £3.00
- Standard UK delivery (for cards, ribbons and gift tags) within 5 working days £0.85
- Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £30
- Next day, named or Saturday UK delivery £6.95
- Standard delivery to Europe (all products) within 5 - 14 working days £6.50
Delivery Method
Delivery to the UK is by Royal Mail 1st Class post, within 5 working days.
Delivery to Europe is by Royal Mail Airmail, within 5 - 14 working days.
Delivery using our UK next working day delivery charge is by Royal Mail. Place your order before 3.30pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 11.00pm on Saturday or anytime Sunday will arrive Tuesday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
All items are packaged either in Board Back Envelopes, Jiffy Bags or Heavy Duty Co-Extruded Mailing Bags to stop the products from being damaged in transit.
If your parcel does not fit through the letterbox or you are not around to take delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick up your parcel or arrange redelivery.
Delivery Times
We aim to to process your order on the day we receive it, an email will be sent confirming despatched. Please allow 5 working days after you recieve the email within the UK and 5 to 14 days for Europe.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas and on rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
